Scottish Country Dance is the social and special occasion dancing stying of Scotland. It is heaps of fun.

It is not Highland Dancing with its energetic solo leaps, but it does engage the mind and body actively and literally keeps the dancers on their toes. It is danced in sets of eight, in two lines. The Italian Seniors group 'Circolo Pensionati Italiani Di Ballarat' meets every Monday at 1pm to play Tombola (Bingo) is as a social game at the Community Centre 'Kobinoor' Corner of Errard and Sebatopol St in Ballarat, plus general chatting and news regarding Senior information and a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit.
